Pre-Information Form

This pre-information form is prepared to inform the consumer before placing an order, in line with Turkish consumer protection rules for distance sales.

2. Main Product Features

The main features of the products offered for sale are shown on each product detail page, including product name, category, images, description, dimensions, color, material, package contents, variant, stock and price information.

Product images and descriptions are for information purposes. Minor differences in color, texture or tone may occur due to screen settings, production batches or natural material characteristics.

3. Price, Taxes and Additional Costs

• Product prices are shown in Turkish Lira and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Product price, discounts, delivery/shipping costs where applicable, and the total payable amount are shown in the cart and checkout steps.
• If delivery or shipping costs apply, they are clearly shown before the order is completed.
• The total amount displayed in the cart and checkout step is the order amount to be paid.

4. Payment Information

Payments are collected by credit card through Iyzico's secure payment infrastructure. Credit card number, expiry date and CVV information are not stored in Eken Furniture systems.

The order is not finalized until the payment is completed. Transactions rejected by the bank or payment provider are not completed or are marked as payment failed.

5. Delivery Information

• Delivery planning is confirmed with the customer before order approval or during the order process according to the product, address, production and logistics conditions.
• Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.
• Delivery planning may vary for large-volume, custom-made or personalized furniture products; in such cases, the customer is informed separately.
• If damage or missing items are noticed during delivery, it is recommended to have a delivery report prepared where possible and to notify Eken Furniture.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

The withdrawal notice must be sent to Eken Furniture in writing or via a durable medium. The email address iade@ekenmobilya.com may be used for this notice.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal May Not Apply

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Products prepared according to the consumer's special requests or personal needs, such as custom dimensions, custom colors, custom fabrics or personalized products
• Products that have been used, damaged, assembled or whose resale suitability has deteriorated after delivery
• Products returned without packaging, labels, invoice or documents delivered with the product

7. Return Process

1. The withdrawal or return notice is sent to iade@ekenmobilya.com.
2. The product is returned within a reasonable period after the notice, preferably with its original packaging and all accessories/documents.
3. The product is inspected after it reaches Eken Furniture.
4. If the return conditions are met, the payment is refunded to the original payment method within the legally applicable period.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For requests regarding orders, delivery, returns or payments, customers may first contact Eken Furniture customer service.

For unresolved disputes, consumers may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits and procedures set by Turkish law.

9. Electronic Confirmation

At checkout, the consumer declares that they have read and accepted the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. Once the order is completed, this information is deemed to have been presented to and accepted by the consumer electronically.
