Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

BUYER: The member/customer information entered during checkout shall apply.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT MATTER

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose specifications are detailed below, ordered electronically by the BUYER on www.ekenmobilya.com.tr.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Product details are displayed in detail on the order summary screen.
• The order amount is stated inclusive of VAT.
• Payment is made through Iyzico's secure payment infrastructure by credit card.
• Payment information (card number, CVV, etc.) is not stored in Eken Mobilya systems.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

• Delivery planning is confirmed according to the product, address, production and logistics conditions before order approval or during the order process.
• Delivery is made to the specified address within Turkey.
• Delivery or shipping costs are communicated separately before payment or during order confirmation according to the product, address and order plan.
• Delivery planning may vary for custom-made, bespoke or large-volume products; customers are notified separately in such cases.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without stating any reason.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

The right of withdrawal (return) cannot be used in the following cases:

• Non-standard (custom size/colour/upholstery) products prepared according to the consumer's special request or clearly personal needs
• Products whose seal, tape or packaging has been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

1. Notification by email: Send a written notification to iade@ekenmobilya.com within 14 days.
2. Return of product: Return the product in its original packaging within 10 days of notification.
3. Refund: Refund will be made to the payment method within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice reaches the SELLER, subject to return conditions permitted by law.

ARTICLE 6 – OUR OBLIGATIONS

• Eken Mobilya is responsible for delivering the product completely, in good condition and in accordance with the specifications stated in the agreement.
• An information email is sent to the consumer during the delivery process.
• Prompt notice of damaged or incomplete delivery helps the review; this recommendation does not limit the consumer's statutory rights or time limits.

ARTICLE 7 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes between the parties, Eken Mobilya customer services should be contacted first. If unresolved:

• Disputes below the threshold determined for 2026: District/Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee
• Higher value disputes: Consumer Courts

Turkish Republic courts are competent for consumer disputes.

ARTICLE 8 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

By completing the order process, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted this distance sales agreement electronically. The agreement enters into force upon order confirmation.
